Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Eternum telehealth platform and related services operated by Eternum Health LLC.

Treatment requires an individual clinical evaluation. Eligibility, a prescription, and any particular outcome are not guaranteed.

Acceptance and platform operator

By using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Eternum Health LLC operates the platform and coordinates access to intake, clinical care, patient support, and pharmacy fulfillment.

Use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, and protect your account credentials. Do not use another person’s account, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with the platform’s operation or security.

Independent clinical care

Clinical care is provided by independent licensed providers of Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. The supervising physician is Dr. Sean Arora, NPI# 1841729449. Clinical decisions are made by the treating licensed provider, not by Eternum’s nonclinical platform staff.

A provider evaluates your health history, contraindications, current medications, and other clinical information to determine whether care is appropriate. Additional information, video evaluation, testing, in-person care, or referral may be required. Completing an intake or paying a fee does not guarantee eligibility or a prescription.

Review the Telehealth Consent before receiving care. You must be an adult and meet applicable clinical, identity, location, and legal eligibility requirements.

Prescription fulfillment and compounded medications

Prescriptions, when clinically appropriate, are filled by The Pharmacy Hub, a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Eternum is not a pharmacy and does not compound medications.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. A prescription and individual clinician and pharmacy review are required. Follow the specific instructions provided by your clinician and dispensing pharmacy.

Payments, subscriptions, and cancellation

Payments are handled through the patient portal. Review the fees, billing schedule, and any subscription terms presented before authorizing payment. A subscription renews according to the billing schedule disclosed when you enroll until you cancel.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the patient portal or by emailing hello@eternumrx.com before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future subscription billing; it does not automatically refund a prescription already sent to the pharmacy. Consultation fees, medication exceptions, refund timing, and cancellation are governed by the Refund Policy.

Service availability

Services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated medical providers are licensed to practice and where pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense medications. Availability may vary by state and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements.

Provide your actual physical location for each encounter and notify your provider if it changes. A provider or pharmacy may decline or modify services where clinical or legal requirements cannot be met.

Emergencies and safety

Telehealth is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, call or text 988 for a mental-health or suicide crisis. Do not wait for a portal or email response in an emergency.

Provide a complete and accurate medical history and promptly tell your provider about changes, adverse effects, or concerns. Do not start, stop, or change treatment without instructions from your licensed clinician.

Privacy, changes, and governing law

Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Privacy Policy. Service-specific notices and consents may also apply to your care.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or mandatory protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@eternumrx.com, or call (541) 871-3683.
