Medical & regulatory
Understand the clinical, pharmacy, medication, and jurisdictional requirements that apply to Eternum services.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Individual clinical evaluation and lawful pharmacy fulfillment are required.
Platform, clinical care, and pharmacy roles
Eternum Health LLC operates the telehealth platform. Independent licensed providers of Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC provide clinical care. The supervising physician is Dr. Sean Arora, NPI# 1841729449.
When clinically appropriate, prescriptions are filled by The Pharmacy Hub, a state-licensed compounding pharmacy operating under Section 503A. Eternum is not a pharmacy and does not compound medications.
FDA status and clinical review
The current listings are compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide subcutaneous injections. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
Research on an ingredient does not establish the safety, effectiveness, or dosing of a compounded formulation. Ask your provider about treatment alternatives, contraindications, monitoring, and formulation-specific risks.
A licensed provider determines eligibility and whether additional evaluation is required. No prescription or outcome is guaranteed. Compounding and dispensing must meet applicable federal and state requirements.
Jurisdictional availability
Services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated medical providers are licensed to practice and where pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense medications. Availability may vary by state and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements.
